While the heart of motoring beats in Geneva, the independent organization Euro NCAP announced the results of the latest crash tests. Renault Zoe, Skoda Octavia and Toyota Auris and RAV4 received the highest distinction of 5 stars. The French electric supermini scored 89% in adult protection, 80% in child protection, 66% in pedestrian protection and 85% in safety systems. The two Toyota models were rated as follows: the Auris with 92% in adult protection, 84% in child protection, 68% in pedestrian protection and 66% in safety systems. And the RAV4 with 89%, 82%, 66% and 66%.
