The president of Freedom, Zoe Konstantopoulou, launched a fierce attack on the government and judicial officers, accusing them of a “furious effort” of concealment of responsibilities in the Tempi tragedy.
In her statement, Ms. Konstantopoulou argued that the recent prosecution’s proposal for the case confirms the lawsuit filed last week, along with relatives of victims, against the Prosecutor of Larissa and the special investigator.
According to the president of the Freedom Freedom, the Prosecutor of Appeals, Mr. Tsogas, “without reading the case file” and “without giving access to it,” the case proposes that the case be led “to the audience”, without responsibility for “very highly high” responsibility.
Mrs. Konstantopoulou claimed that “this approach is done jointly with the government and, of course, with the Minister of Justice”, accusing him of promoting a provision that restricts access rights to the case file, both for the defendants and the victims.
“We are talking, of course, about adaptive officials who make the jokes involved in the crime of government officials,” he said characteristically, warning that “this approach will not pass.” He assured that he would find the families of the victims and the whole of society, concluding that “all those who think they will escape will soon be led to where the responsibilities of those involved in crimes will be investigated.”
