According to information on the website apohxos.gr, the episodes in Zakynthos lasted for quite some time, and as locals and tourists with their cell phones have recorded, people clashed with unprecedented wilderness.
As shown in a video uploaded to social media, the people even threw chairs that grabbed the catering stores in the area.
At the scene, strong forces of the Greek Police were found as residents and tourists ran to leave the spot, as there was an immediate risk of injury.
Indeed, several tourists who enjoyed their ride in downtown Zakynthos quickly returned to their accommodation for security.
Police are investigating who participated in the incidents, but also what was the cause.
