He requested information on the timetable for teachers ‘transfers and postings, the timetable for the issuance of the notices for the classification of the candidate teachers’ tables, the timetable for the registration of vacant organic posts to plan new appointments of permanent teachers and the preparation of the exams.
Ms Zacharakis also requested to be informed about the selection of executives, such as Heads of Education, Regional Directors and so on, but also for the preparation of the next school year 2025-26.
The Minister of Education gave directives to the Directors to directly expedite the procedures and to observe the timetables.
At the same time, she urged the CEOs to disclose immediately to her office and in the office of Secretary General Yiannis Katsaros, any problem that is also proposing a solution.
