Mr Kefalogiannis also signed a joint statement of co -operation in the field of Civil Protection, with the Minister of Civil Protection and Maritime Politics of Italy, Nello Musumeci, which expresses the two countries’ intent to strengthen their cooperation in the field of Civil Protection, in particular in the prevention, treatment and restoration of natural people.
