The areas where the areas where the areas were officially announced today (24.3.2025) by the Ministry of Finance owners real estate are exempt from the obligation to pay a single property tax (ENFIA) for the year 2025.
Specifically, the payment of ENFIA is exempt from the property owners, which are located in the areas:
