The first major wave of heat will culminate in the next two days (Thursday 26/6 and Friday 27/6), with meteorologists predicting for Cairo conditions heat throughout the country.
In the summer it has come for good and just before we enter July, the weather brings the first heatwave with 40,000 in many areas, including Attica.
Indicatively, on Thursday and Friday, the maximum temperature in Attica is expected to reach 40 to 41 degrees at noon, as in Larissa. In Thessaloniki the thermometer, at the same time, will show 38 to 39 degrees, as in Agrinio.
Even in the Aegean islands, high temperatures are expected to be recorded, with the weakened meltemi operating as a hot air, bringing the air from the hot heat centers.

The temperature will grow further further and will reach the continents 40 to 41 degrees Celsius.
