At the center of intense weather phenomena is today (05.11.2025) the Euboea as the weather has already started to show its “teeth” on the island. From the fierce ones rains serious problems were caused on a Kymi road.
Due to landslide in Lithari Kymi of Evia, there was a large one sedimentation on a rural road. Municipal staff has already placed obstacles and relevant marking to inform drivers of the problem that has been caused. At the same time, they draw attention to the problems that the rains and storms may cause in the next few hours.
In addition, subsidence has also been observed in a PPC pillar, as reported by evima.gr.
The authorities of DEDDIE have been informed about this and will take the required remedial actions.
