“We started the meeting with the US team in Riyadh,” Ukraine’s Defense Minister Rustem Umero, who is head of the delegation who traveled from Kiev for these long -awaited talks, wrote on Facebook. “The agenda includes proposals for the protection of energy and critical installations,” he said.
“We are applying the directive of the Ukrainian president to bring a fair peace closer and to enhance security,” the Ukrainian delegation leader said in his post.
