The Minister of Environment and Energy, Stavros PapastavrouHe spoke of “a coherent essential dialogue, which preceded bodies and parties, which led us to improved modifications, in the interest of both the producer and the manager and the consumer.”
As Mr Papastavrou pointed out, “the ministry also took into account the proposal that the parties and bodies were urged and involved in the division of the cost of constructing the biomethane units.”
«The ministry’s leadership has accepted their request for amending Article 9 of the bill and has now brought a compromise projected to cover the costs for the first three kilometers of the pipeline by the administrator, and from three kilometers to 10 kilometers, to divide 50% -50%.
