Voucher up to 800 euros for children: The platform is open, how to apply

The platform for service providers of the Pilot Program of Early Family-Centered Child Intervention (FPPI) of the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family (YKOISO) is in operation, for the provision voucher up to 800 euros to eligible parents children with disabilities or developmental disorders,

Specifically, it is a voucher of up to 800 euros per month and is addressed exclusively to parents of children up to 6 years of age with disabilities or developmental disorders or who are at increased risk of developing them.

Prospective providers who wish to participate in the program submit an online application for participation by Monday, November 3, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. through the online platform www.proimi.eetaa.graccompanied by the required supporting documents. The results will be announced, based on a scoring and ranking system, by the end of 2025, after the EETAA has evaluated the applications of the interested parties.

The amount of the voucher will be formed based on the needs of each child according to the number of sessions defined in the personalized intervention plan that should be done per month in:

  • 800 € / month for a minimum of 20 sessions,
  • €600/month for a minimum of 15 sessions,
  • €400 / month for a minimum of 10 sessions.

Conditions and supporting documents

1. Statute or organization or operating regulation in which the purpose is described as the provision of supportive services to children or to children with disabilities and

2. Interdisciplinary team, as defined in article 7 of the 4510/2024.

In order to be registered in the Registry, Providers should upload the following documents to the electronic platform in a non-editable format:

  1. Constituent act or statute or organization or operating regulation or any other document provided for by the applicable institutional framework governing the establishment and operation of the Provider, legally published, and in which the purpose is described to be the provision of supportive services to children and/or children with disabilities.
  2. Legalizing document legally published from which the Legal Representative of the Provider can be obtained.
  3. Responsible Declaration of the Legal Representative of the Provider, via gov.gr, in which the details of the members (name, specialty, tax ID number, basic degree, license to practice, type of relationship/contract, contact information linking the member to the Provider) who make up the Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Intervention Team of the Provider, and that they will be employed in pilot program of Early Childhood Intervention until its end.

It is noted that the Interdisciplinary Team will necessarily consist of at least six members and more specifically of:

  • a developmental pediatrician or child psychiatrist or child neurologist,
  • a psychologist,
  • a social worker,
  • an occupational therapist,
  • a speech therapist and
  • a specialty member: physical therapist or special educator or a graduate of a physical education department with a specialization in special education.

The existence of an interdisciplinary team with at least the above composition is a necessary condition for a Provider to participate in the Program.

The program is financed by resources of the Recovery and Resilience Fund, with a total budget of 12 million euros, and concerns more than 2,500 children up to 6 years old with disabilities or developmental disorders.
