Voucher Books of Books DBA: By August 19 the applications – Who are the beneficiaries

From Wednesday (6.8.2025) the electronic platform for beneficiaries and providers of the Vouchers’ book of the year 2025 of the Public Employment Service (DEPA).

DBA enables employees and unemployed to obtain free books, offering a 25 euro voucher. The program seeks to support business businesses (bookstores, publishers) and the intellectual strengthening of workers and unemployed.

Applications of interested beneficiaries and providers will be submitted by August 19 at 23:59.

Applications of the beneficiaries concerned will be submitted exclusively electronically through gov.gr. Specifically, the route is: Initial / Work and Insurance / Compensation and Book Purchase Causes / A benefits / checks

Providers are the bookstores and publishing houses of any legal form, which have a legal license. Providers will automatically include the last year’s providers, as long as they update the supporting documents.

Applications of new providers will be submitted, exclusively electronically through gov.gr. Specifically, the route is: Home / Work and Insurance / Compensation and Benefits / Amen

It is noted that providers wishing to apply for many branches should have DBA codes.

Beneficiary

Beneficiaries for submitting an application select “Link to the System by Certification by AADE” – “Entry to AADE” and introduce their taxisnet and AMKA codes.

The 25 euro check is granted:

  • To private sector workers with active employment relationship
  • To unemployed registered in the DIBA Digital Registry for at least 3 months
  • To insureds in E-EFKA with unemployment contributions from 1.1.2024 to the application

In addition beneficiaries may be:

  • Children over 5 years of age of beneficiaries
  • Spouses, as long as they are indirectly insured

With the check in the form of a unique electronic code number, beneficiaries and beneficiaries will be able to buy a 10% discount of any book they choose from bookstores and publishers of the Provider Registry.
