Volkswagen, Renault and Stellantis the big “victims” of EU fines for illegal vehicle recycling

The automakers agreed “not to compete with each other in advertising for the extent to which their cars can be recycled, and agreeing to be silent on the recycled materials used in their new cars,” the head of the EU Antitropolis Committee said in a statement.
