Man at Virginia abducts a 3 -year -old girl in shopping center and was recorded in shocking video.
Andres Caceres Jaldin, 26, was recorded by a security camera to grab the little girl and move away at the Fair Oaks mall in Virginia on July 18, according to the material released by the Fairfax County Serif office.
The girl’s father, who watched the child and escaped his attention, called his wife, who at that time was shopping. The mother found Jaldin carrying the little girl on the second floor of the store.
The 26 -year -old handed the child without resistance and claimed that he was simply trying to help the little girl find his parents.
The 26 -year -old then escaped the mall with a car stolen from a local workshop. Police found the vehicle in a hotel and arrested it.
According to court documents, the defendant has a history of violent attacks on members of his family. After a psychiatric assessment in the criminal procedure, he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
