In high tones the discussion was held in Plenary for the law of the Ministry of Justice, which provides for conditional restriction of the accuses’ access to the case file, in specific cases required by the Community Directive. This provision lit “fires” in parliament, with a shooting and political tension that culminated in personal controversy.
Justice Minister George Floridis defended the proposal, arguing that it was an improved version of a law passed by a previous government:
“A law passed by the government in which you participated and which we re -established him much improved in relation to the protection of the rights of the defendants. What are you telling us today? “He said.

The controversy continued with the president of the KO. of the new left, Alexis Haritsis, who accused the Minister of Justice of “vulgarity without prior”, and a new round of tension was also marked with the President of Freedom Freedom, Zoe Konstantopoulou.
Mr Floridis referred to the “Paraskevopoulos Law” on the release of the barbarians, with Mrs Konstantopoulou answering:
