By decision of the Supreme Court’s prosecutor’s office, the overseeing of the interrogation of their case was removed Temps by Prosecutor Larissa, Sofia Apostolakis, who lost her son Santa Clausunder conditions investigated.

According to an Open report, the Tempe case is now leaving the hands of Vasilis Kalogirou’s mother and will now be entrusted to Larissa Deputy Prosecutor Lambros Tsoga, as he is the oldest Larissa Advocate.

It is noted that Sofia Apostolakis as the Prosecutor of Larissa does not conduct the interrogations, but has the high supervision for all the investigative acts carried out in Larissa.

At the end of 2024 Vasilis Kalogirou’s son disappeared from Larissa during his established ride.

His body was found on February 17 in Perachora Tyrnavos, causing pain to his own people who hoped until the last minute. His deaths remain enigmatic.
