“The Russians once again targeted an area where there are many civilians – a shopping center in the heart of the city (Dobropylia),” wrote Donetsk’s regional governor, Vadim Filakkin, on the Telegram platform. “This time with a 500kg bomb,” the authorities say.

Dobropylia is located northwest of Pokrovsk, a city, which is a strategic goal of Russian invaders as they continue their advance to west.
