The site of the attack is about 50 kilometers from the Russian border. Another wave of nocturnal wounds from the Russian army caused power outage to about 50,000 households in the Chernihiv district in northern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian army also announced that it had hit a significant pearl refinery in the Leningrad region in northwestern Russia.
