New tragedy in Ukraineafter attacks by Russia on Thursday (31.07.2025) in Kyiv. The last official report speaks of 26 dead, including three children, according to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry. Earlier, authorities reported 16 dead.
During the night, rescuers seized ten more corpses from the debris of an apartment building in the Sviatosinski district in Kiev, including a two -year -old child. Ukraine attacks were carried out with drones and rockets from Russia, injuring 159 people – 16 of whom children.
Today’s day has officially declared mourning day in Kyiv. It is one of the most murderous attacks in the city since the beginning of the Russian invasion in February 2022.
According to local authorities, Russian blows were also reported in the Zaporizia region, where a 63 -year -old man was killed when a shell hit his home in Veselianca.
Ukraine President Volodimir Zelenski condemned the attacks and called on a “change of regime” in Russia. US President Donald Trump described the raids as “disgusting” and announced new economic sanctions, not only against Russia but also against countries that maintain trade relations with it. “I don’t know if they will work, but we will do it,” he said.
