Two earthquakes 4.8 and 4.5 on the Richter scale were marked in the west Turkey With a 16 -minute difference, one vibration from the other on Sunday night (24.08.2025).
The two earthquakes come from the area between Smyrna and Balicesir in Western Turkey.
According to the Euro -Mediterranean Seismological Center, the epicenter of seismic vibrations is located 55 kilometers south of Balikesir and 100 kilometers northeast of Smyrna.

The focal depth of 4.8 degrees is 7 kilometers, while 4.5 r at 11 km.
It is recalled that an earthquake of 6.1 Richter had occurred on August 11.
