At least two police officers were killed and two others were injured when a teenager opened fire on police station her Smyrna in Turkey, according to Interior Minister Ali Gerlikaya.
According to Germany, one of the two injured police officers is in serious condition, while the perpetrator of the attack on the Smyrna Police Department, a 16 -year -old man, has been arrested.
Pictures that broadcast Turkish television networks show security forces blocking the area around the police station.
In addition, a video that took an eyewitness to the attack and transmitting Turkish media shows a young man holding a hunting carbine and hurriedly removed from the point of attack.

“I condemn this disgusting attack on the Salih Isgioren Police Department in Baltsova,” Jamil Tugai’s mayor of Smyrna wrote in X.
In the past there have been attacks by Kurdish rebels, Islamic organizations and far -right groups, with security forces often becoming a target.
