“Continuing my contacts and speeches in Washington where I am, invited and guest of the Center for Greek Studies at Harvard University, I had the opportunity to talk to many researchers and postgraduate or postdoctoral students, or archeology. And it was really extremely charming to hear the Japanese speaking ancient Greek or Americans to analyze the Stoic philosophers.

I added that Greek -American relations must be promoted in the context of mutual respect and mutual benefit.

We focused on its positions on “economic patriotism” and the importance of developing progressive economic policies at national level, based on the exploitation of new technologies.

Finally, in his office in the Capitol, I met with the Progressive, Democratic Senator of Massachusetts and rapporteur of the new green agenda in the Senate in 2019, Ed Markey. We talked about the impact of Trump’s tariff policy on the global and American economy, energy developments and the importance of a fair transition to the green agenda.
