Trump in Asia: Dancers, golden crown and golf clubs in the warm welcome of the US President

He was received with luxurious ceremonies Donald Trump during his recent visit to Asia. The US President took part in diplomatic meetings, including trade talks, with leaders from Malaysia, Japan and South Korea, as well as with his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping.

According to a report by the American CNN, Donald Trump was received with all honors in the countries – stations of the US President’s tour in Asia.

Trump was offered: Japan his favorite golf clubs, at South Korea a golden crown, while at Malaysiathe American President was welcomed by dancers in traditional costumes.

The highlight was the trade truce he achieved in the meeting he had on South Korean soil with the President of China, Xi Jinping.

The US leader described his Asia tour as the start of a “new golden age” in Washington’s list of alliances.

In Tokyo, Trump warmly embraced Japan’s new prime minister, Sanae Takaichiin which he promised a “golden era” in the relations between the two countries. She offered him cherries and a golf club that belonged to the murdered Japanese prime minister, Shinzo Abein 2022. Takaichi also announced that she will nominate the US President for Nobel Peace Prizefollowing the example of its Cambodian counterpart, Hun Mane.

In South Korea, Trump received from President Lee Jae-myung a golden crown, a replica of that of the kingdom of Silla, one of the country’s three ancient kingdoms.

The two men were photographed in a store at the National Museum in the city of Gyeongju next to products bearing his name, including “USA” hats and T-shirts with his portrait.

Trump’s tour began in Malaysia, where he was greeted by fighter jets and traditional dancers. The prime minister Anwar Ibrahimriding in his motorcade, joked: “I was in jail, you almost went.” Ibrahim had been imprisoned twice for political reasons, under cover charges of corruption and… sodomism.

The US President took the opportunity to show off his dancing skills alongside the Malaysian dancers. The White House posted the clip on X (formerly Twitter), writing “TRUMP DANCE MALAYSIA VERSION”…

On the last stop of his tour in South Korea, Trump met with Xi Jinpingwho said that “China’s growth is in line with your vision to make America great again.” Trump described the meeting as “amazing” and rated it with an almost perfect “12 out of 10”!
