An incredible and particularly cruel incident with a knife violence, between student noted on Tuesday night (07.10.2025) at Tripolioutside a high school school.
A 12 -year -old and a 13 -year -old man was involved in the clash shortly after the end of the lessons outside a school in Tripoli, with the two minors starting a strong fight for personal reasons and injuring each other with a knife.
According to authorities, during the incident, the 12 -year -old allegedly pulled a 10cm knife and attacked the 13 -year -old first, causing multiple injuries.
There was a fight in which the 13 -year -old allegedly took the same knife and counterattacked, seriously injuring the 12 -year -old student. The cause of the episode reportedly was allegedly of offensive comments about a girl, a girlfriend of one of the two students.
The two boys were taken to Tripoli’s Pan -Pan -Pan -Pan -Panarcadian Hospital, and it was considered necessary to transfer the 12 -year -old to Children’s Hospital in Athens, where he underwent surgery and remains intensive care.
Video secured by the Star shows frame -frames at the time of the two minors.
None of the students’ families accept that the knife belonged to their own child.
“In the eye, in the neck, on the back, everywhere he was engraved. We didn’t understand what this tool was, but it wasn’t just a kitchen knife, “said the 12 -year -old grandmother.
The 13 -year -old’s grandmother said: “My grandchild was not even touching a knife to cut bread. He had no iron, as he heard. The knife had the other child. I wonder, were there no other kids or teachers there? “
Police have identified and seized the knife, while the parents of the two minors formed a case file for neglecting a minor.
The preliminary investigation is continuing by the Tripoli Criminal Prosecution and Delineation. The 13 -year -old is expected to be taken to the investigator, while authorities are investigating videos and deposits to fully clarify the bloody fighting conditions.
