At the meetings of the Board of Directors of the Third Grade Trade Union Organization GSEE, POS & MST, and SEP TRAINOSEit was decided the A 24 -HOUR NATIONAL CONCLUSION with a claim:
a) The reinstatement of Law 1876/90 on free collective bargaining, with the aim of increasing earnings, signing sectoral contracts and expanding and conforming these terms
b) Protecting and facilitating employees in acquiring or renting roofing with the re -establishment of the former Labor Housing Organization, the treatment of auctions of the First Home
c) Immediate treatment of accuracy wave in basic consumer goods, reduction of energy costs, state -of -the -art intervention in food cartels and telecommunications
The above issues must be addressed immediately as They concern all employeesfurther make the survival of our families, exacerbating the migratory stream and birth of our country.
We, however, have additional reasons to be actively and universally participated in the 24 -hour strike and to scale our struggles further, as the Hellenic Train administration in the negotiations for the signing of the ESSE. He filed a counter -proposal that was rejected as unacceptable and offensive to professional railways while at the same time not doing almost anything about the hygiene & safety of workers despite the commitments he made in 2022 before the tragic accident of the Tempi …
WE ARE RUUP-RECEIVED-SUPPORT OUR RACE CLAIMED:
- Immediate recruitment in the cutting -edge specialties
- Staffing of vacant organic positions in teammates, sectors, keywords and visitors
- Immediate measures for the safety of passengers and workers on the train as well as IMMEDIATELY MEASURES FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF Employees in the maintenance and repair facilities
- Acceptance and implementation of the administration, of the proposal of the ESSE Plan Associations. which provides for substantial increases in order for our earnings to meet our needs and our professionalism
- New organizational structure that will recognize the total of technical basis specialties in the company as it was in the former ESCSTY
