Occupation of the two were found weapons, cartridges, covers and quantities of drugs. The defendants have previously worked with the authorities in the past for similar and other offenses.

The case was held in the afternoon yesterday and morning hours today (17-18/3/2025) of the Department of Prosecution of Life and Property Crimes, with the assistance of the Department of Information and Special Actions, in which a 40-year-old and 26-year-old were identified and arrested.
As for the case of the case, the morning of Saturday, March 8, 2025, the 26 -year -old, after approaching pedestrian two of his nationals, who were outside a health care shop in a Thessaloniki area, shot them closely, injuring one of them. The 26 -year -old then escaped on board a vehicle driving the 40 -year -old.
The subsequent pre -trial investigation, in which evidence and findings were collected and exploited from the crime scene, resulted in the motive of the armed attack and that the target was the person injured.
At the same time, the role of a 40 -year -old was determined, who allegedly orchestrated the attack and acted as a 26 -year -old’s accomplice, in which he granted a revolver and provided a subscription before, during and after the act was performed.
The vehicle driven by the 40 -year -old was found in the business and confiscated as a means of committing the criminal act, while the investigation into it found and confiscated:
- a revolver, which was thoroughly hidden behind the passenger seat and brought 5 cartridges,
- “Replica” revolver, under the front passenger seat,
- 1.1 grams of cocaine and metal pipe for cocaine use.
Investigations were followed by the homes of the involved, where the 40 -year -old’s home, among other things, found and confiscated:
- 38 cartridges of various caliber and 2 caps,
Packaging with raw cannabis, 2.77 grams of gross, - 2 packs of cocaine, total gross weighing 13.35 grams,
drug use tools, - 3 raw cannabis grafts and
- 2 precision electronic scales.
The 40 -year -old was also arrested for violating drug laws and weapons.
The 40 -year -old was taken to the competent prosecutor and was referred to an investigator, while a 26 -year -old was issued a arrest warrant, with which he was arrested and is also taken to the competent prosecutor.
It should be noted that both defendants have previously worked with the authorities in the past for similar and other offenses.
