The outrage of attempted homicide against 38 -year -old nationals today Turkeywhich took place on July 13, 2022, in the area of Panagia Faneromeni, in Neapoli, Thessaloniki, the Department of Prosecution of Crimes Against Life and Ownership of the Organized Crime of Northern Greece.
According to a police statement, a case was filed for attempted homicide and serial robbery and co -conspiracy, as well as for violations of weapons legislation, while the investigation resulted in the involvement of a 49 -year -old uniform, as well as another person.
In particular, according to the victim, the 49 -year -old approached him while he was moving on foot, and after drifting him into a point where his accomplice was expected, under the threat of weapon, they removed a cellphone, money and bank cards from his possession. Subsequently, in his attempt to resist, he was shot in the chest, while being injured, managed to escape and, while receiving shots, to find refuge in an adjacent gas station.
He was then transported by EKAB station. In a hospital for first aid and hospitalization.
The preliminary investigation by the Office of Crimes Against Life and Personal Freedom, were collected and utilized by the site of the attack and around it, while further research and analysis of digital media was made to identify the 49 -year -old, at the expense of which arrest warrant was issued.
At the same time, the investigation into the identification and identification of the other perpetrator continues.
According to the same announcement, a search had been conducted during the victim’s hospitalization at his home, where a pistol with 4 cartridges was found and confiscated and an independent case was filed against him for violating weapons legislation.
