These are the new fines for illegal petrol stations

Sealing for two years, a fine of 150,000 euros and final revocation of the operating license foresees a new joint government decision on gas stations fuel that have not installed an input-output system.

The penalties are the same if unauthorized modification or alteration of the system is found at the gas station. A 4,000 euro fine will be charged to those gas station owners who do not have volumetric certificates and volumetric tables or if they have been issued by a non-certified body.

In the event that it is established that a natural or legal person is active as an installer of input/output monitoring systems, without having previously notified the competent department of the Ministry. Development, an administrative fine of 20,000 euros is imposed on him.
