Accepting the request of the Hellenic Pharmaceutical Companies Association (SFEE) and the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceuticals (PCF), Minister of Development, Takis Theodorikakosproceeds with legislation to extend the deadline for the General Meetings of the Legal Entities of the industry for the year 2025, by 50 calendar days.
According to the Minister of Development, Takis Theodorikakos, the request of the pharmaceutical industry bodies is based on the inability to finalize financial statements within the set deadlines due to the delay in issuing the clawback notes for hospital pharmaceutical spending of 2024.
The relevant arrangement extends all the deadlines linked to the submission of practical assemblies and the approved financial statements in the General Trade Register (GEMI).
