The formation of the tropical storm of Erin near the Cape announced today the National Monitoring Center cyclone (National Hurricane Center / NHC) of the US.
OR tropical stormAccording to the NHC, it is about 455 kilometers west-northwest of the Green Cape Archipelago, with winds whose speed is estimated at 75 km/h.
Headed to west Atlantic oceanwithout even a safe assessment of whether it can threaten the east coast of the US.
The US Weather Service / NWS has predicted 13-18 tropical storms this year in the Atlantic Ocean.
According to the data so far, about half (5-9) are expected to evolve into cyclones.
