The platform for the undeclared squares reopens – The deadline and the fines that are deleted

The platform of the Ministry of Interior for the electronic submission of a declaration of the correct surface of real estate and undeclared tragic to the municipalities.

He noted, however, that “in order to always be in favor of the people, who had rushed from the first moment, and had declared the undeclared squares, those who will come with the new opening of the platform, will have a fine of 20% on the amount that results by the difference of the square meters of this space “.

As Mr. Petsas explained, “we must always take into account the people who trust the state, they run within the specific time limits, they make use of the benefits. Those who are late for any reason, will pay a small fine compared to the previous ones. I remind you that the fines were 60% if this provision was not applied “.

The application tetragonika.govapp.gr for the electronic submission of initial or corrective declaration of the property surface in the municipalities of the country was developed by KEDE, with the cooperation and support of the Ministry of Digital Government and the Ministry of Interior.

The application provides information on real estate data, as registered in the Property Register application (E9) of AADE.

To facilitate the completion of the citizens’ declaration, the application:

1. communicates with the Property Register (E9) application of AADE, from where the information on the real estate data is provided.

2. communicates with HEDNO for the electrified ones, from where it obtains information related to no. property provision. For the electrified properties, there is an intersection of sq.m. of TAP with the HEDNO system.

An amendment on pets is also tabled in the bill.
