Alarm rang on Sunday noon (15.06.2025) to authorities as one helicopter fell into the sea in the marina Vouliagmeni.
The helicopter that fell in the maritime area of Marina Vouliagmeni was carrying five people with the information reported that they were in good health.
According to ERT, the pilot realized that something was not going well immediately after take -off, as it appeared to be unable to get height and told the passengers to jump as the helicopter was low.
Then the helicopter fell into the sea while the pilot was still inside. In the end, he managed to come out.
The helicopter had departed from the neck of Vouliagmeni to Mykonos. They were a Greek who was the pilot and four foreigners. These are two pairs of Americans.
Reports say that the occupants immediately after the helicopter fall in the sea informed 112 and immediately sounded an alarm and the rescue operation began.
According to EKAB, 4 out of 5 people are slightly injured with bruises and will be taken to the Tzanio Hospital.
