Under the prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will meet tomorrow, Wednesday (29.10.2025) at 12:00 noon at Maximos Palace the cabinet.
At 18:00 in the afternoon, Mr. Mitsotakis will speak at the unveiling ceremony of the new bioclimatic facade of the central building of the Ministry of National Defense.
The subjects of the meeting of the Council of Ministers are:
-Proposal by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State Kostis Hatzidakis about the initiative for one friendlier state to citizens and economic activity,
-Presentation by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State Kostis Hatzidakis, the Minister of National Economy and Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis and the Minister of Rural Development and Food Costa Tsiara, of the legislative initiatives for its reform National Payment Organization and the transition from Community Aid Payments & Control Organization Guidance & Guarantees to the Independent Public Revenue Authority,
-Presentation by the Minister of National Economy and Finance Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the Deputy Minister Nikos Papathanasis and the Deputy Minister George Kotsiras, of legislative initiatives: a) Incorporation of Directives 2023/2226 and 2025/872 regarding administrative cooperation in the field of taxation, b) New National Development Program,
– Presentation by the Minister of Digital Governance Dimitris Papastergiou of the bill for the establishment of the Hellenic Artificial Intelligence Factory “FAROS AI Factory”,
– Presentation by the Minister of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Giannis Kefalogiannis of the 2025 fire season report,
-Proposal from the Minister of Foreign Affairs George Gerapetritis for the establishment, establishment and operation of a Government Committee for the Greek Presidency of the Council of the European Union,
– Proposal by the Minister of Foreign Affairs George Gerapetritis for the establishment, establishment and operation of a Government Committee for the extroversion of the Greek economy.
