In full swing is the fire Close to the camp in Tsairia of the Municipality of Thermaikos, in the east Thessaloniki.
The fire in eastern Thessaloniki broke out around 5pm on Thursday (26/06/2025) in a waste and tire area.
Initially, an aerial means, two aircraft and a helicopter with 18 firefighters to fight, attempted to extinguish.
The forces were then reinforced and in the effort to extinguish it, 32 firefighters with 9 vehicles and two hikers.
Also, the Municipality of Thermaikos has allocated two JCB project machines.
