In the semifinal stage lies the Community plan grant served mortgage.
According to newsit.gr, the government is working on a new housing subsidy program for citizens who have already received a mortgage loan, with the aim of seamlessly repaying it.
Specifically, the government officials have been sketched by the first points of the plan – which is expected to be discussed in its details with the Commission’s scales around early September 2025 – and are based on securing Community funds of € 100m from the European Social Fund.
Indeed, the mobilization of these funds can start from time to 2029 (through the extension of the existing Community budget) but also in the next programming period as long as the programming period runs (ie until 2034).
The program will bring about the interest of interest mortgage loans. At the same time, income (similar to those of my house 2) and social criteria (eg will concern single parent families) will be foreseen.
Under these terms, 20,000 borrowers are expected to join the planned program.
It will also be re -inspected (eg each year) of borrowers as to whether they meet the criteria with which they have joined the program.
