A. Programming positions
Greece, after six years of anti -populist neoliberal governance, has been handed over to banks, profitability, profitable funds, precision cartels in food, roof and energy and has been transformed into a mechanism for production of non -return to society. The result is, the horizontal decomposition of productive and social fabric, the continued depreciation of the rule of law and the complete, strategic abandonment of public education and the national health system, for the benefit of private (in the majority of foreign), speculative capital. The demographic problem is exacerbated and young people continue to leave the country, seeking a professional perspective abroad.
Continuing these policies leads to an existential crisis in Greece and must end as soon as possible. At this juncture, the role of SYRIZA MS must be-and we can be able to prove to be-definite. A basic prerequisite for this to do so, it is on the way to the national elections and with the starting point of our conference, to end up speaking a radical and understandable program of program citizens, who persuades that there is a feasible alternative to the reversal of the labor world and the labor of the labor world and the labor of the labor of the work. Politics.
It is necessary to have a placement plan to be modified, so that it is clear, that SYRIZA-PS is fighting for:
1. Abolition of Mnemonic Laws
In 2018, SYRIZA-PS took the country out of the memoranda. In 2025, it must be the spearhead in the battle for the abolition of the Mnemonic laws that impoverish citizens, reduce the country’s national sovereignty and mortgaging the future of our children.
The core of our policy is to recover the control of all public goods and all public interest companies, with the priority of energy (through the recovery of PPC that will exercise policies for the production and pricing of energy in favor of citizens and not the privileged providers). A clear plan for reinstatement under public control of airports, ports, and train and overall management of natural resources.
Recovery of the majority of the National Bank’s shares and management, in order to actively intervene in the real economy, reducing banking supplies and implementing a strong credit expansion plan to healthy business and innovative high -domestic value -added business plans. Restore the 13th and 14th salary/pension and additional salary incentives for health and teachers.
2. Deep changes in the state as a basic requirement of a fair growth
A program that conflicts with complexity and corruption at all levels and describes a new productive model, based, inter alia, on the transfer of powers from the central state to local government.
SYRIZA-PS has to join the Palaean demand for changes in justice. The digitization of procedures is not enough, it simply accelerates the awarding of the “justice of the Tempi”, as society is seeking effectively substantial changes. It is time to formulate a complete program of radical changes in the functioning of justice to restore the rule of law in Greece.
Righteously distribution of weights, with a tax system that will not be based mainly on employees and protects medium entrepreneurship. A fair distribution of European resources with a clear plan, against the neoliberal plan of Pissarides.
Green growth with emphasis on energy communities, which will respect the peculiarities of each place and will operate in favor of local development and not with the sole purpose of gaining the energy cartel.
Empowerment and compulsory participation of the Greek public defense industry in all equipment programs of the three weapons.
3. Change the mix of international policy
In a Europe that constantly self -esteem its role when the Great Powers seem to re -establish earlier fronts and alliances, our country has to change its external policy mix with a new security architecture for Europe, from the Atlantic to the Urals.
- Multidimensional foreign policy away from the logic of the given ally.
- Impressive not in the Rearm Europe program and taking initiatives to create a pan -European peace front while releasing the country from the war in Ukraine.
- Clear condemnation of the genocide in Gaza.
- Clear positions for the unmistakable shielding of our national laws against endocracy on national issues as a result of a continued Turkish policy that leads to the impairment of Greece’s international role.
B. Statutes:
SYRIZA PS has been tested hard by multiple divisions and today is in a historic low poll. His reinstatement of government logic and orbit passes through the necessary structural changes to his operating model, so that she to inspire, again, to encourage the participation of citizens in his organizations and networks and to strengthen his intervention through a new extroverted logic that will make him a new extrusion in real life and not as described in the estimates of an informal central bureaucratic “authority”.
For this to happen, the SYRIZA Congress must discuss and decide:
- Immediately establish the party’s regional constitution, in order for this body to decide the Regional Development Plan, to attract acclaimed social executives of over -recognition and influence, capable of triggering, not only a strong opposition to the heart of any administrative and in the heart of any administrative and region. The coming municipal elections of 2028. The Regional Committee will invite its meetings, without the right to vote, to the MPs and Bloods of the Region, the members of the Central Committee elected by the Region, as well as self -governing and trade union representatives. If MPs and/or members of the CC disagree by decision of the Regional Committee, then they shall only bring the disagreement to the upper party bodies responsible for the final decision.
- The preservation of the valuable and immediate elected prefectural committees with less – by 50% – members today, while strengthening the role of OMAs from all members of which will arise the decision on all issues related to the limits of OM.
- The maintenance of the way the Central Committee is elected by region, in order for SYRIZA to remain a pluralistic party, with the provision of the elected MPs automatically participating in the JU and its elected members to be limited to 250.
- The maintenance of the manner of election by the party’s basis, in order for the electoral process to be a major extroverted political event and the reason for attracting members, while simultaneously establishing strong insurance bodies in terms of the conditions for the rights to be elected to the candidates for the Presidents.
- The immediate completion of the digital transition of SYRIZA-PS, which will mean the hybrid function of all the party bodies that will provide for digital participation and vote for all members.
With a look at the next election
All democrats show that society does not listen to us. Another conference is not enough to draw attention and convince what we are saying. It is necessary to end up in:
- Clear positions that will not be lost in a “classic”, long, conference text.
- Specific peak points around which we will carry out tough, coordinated, aggressive and not phobic opposition until the next election.
- The next election is certainly important for both SYRIZA-PS and the future of the country.
- It is also certain that, from the bankruptcy of the country onwards, political time has been concentrated and the dynamics of the parties can be significantly changed in a very short time.
It is up to us to change the climate!
Never forget it companions and companions, lost battles are just the battles we didn’t fight!
