For another day, rescue workshops in Texas are looking between debris And loads of materials, while slowly erasing the hopes of survivors, 5 days after the sudden floods that claimed the lives of at least 110 people, including many children.
On Tuesday night, the missing in Texas exceeded 170, according to figures announced by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Survivors have not been found by floods since last Friday.
Most of the victims and missing are recorded in Kerr County whose capital, Kerville, suffered very serious damage from the torrential rains that fell on July 4. Due to the rain, Guadalupe river level risen abruptly, almost eight meterswithin a few hours.

County sheriff Ker Larry told reporters that the dead are now 95 and 36 of them were children. Among them are at least 27 girls and their companions from the Christian Camp Mystic camp, which was on the banks of the river.

Authorities warn that the number of victims will probably grow as the flood waters recede and rescue workshops will find other dead.
