Prolonging a week to submitting the tax returns For 2025 the AADEat the request of the Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
Specifically, according to the AADE announcement, the deadline for submitting tax returns is made July 21, 2025 instead of July 15, 2025.
AADE has taken into account difficulties and delays in the tax filing system of legal entities mentioned in recent days, especially during peak hours, to facilitate taxpayers, additional time for the submission of tax returns of natural and legal persons by Monday 21 July.
It should be noted that more than 313,000 statements of legal entities have already been submitted to 338,000 statements last year. Consequently, based on last year’s statements, less than 25,000 statements are left for submission.
Correspondingly, more than 6,413,000 statements of natural persons have been submitted to 6,543,853 last year.
Given that the daily number of declarations recorded last week exceeded 10,600 statements to legal entities and 80,000 to natural persons, the extra time given is sufficient to complete the process.
