His last breath left Sunday morning (10.08.2025), 73 -year -old veteran footballer Tasos Nikopoulos, after a traffic accident in the area of anti -clips of the municipality of Pangaio Kavala.
The accident happened when two cars collided sideways. The 59 -year -old driver of a vehicle was slightly injured and taken to Kavala Hospital, while 73 -year -old veteran footballer Tasos Nikopoulos ended up on the hospital.
Tasos Nikopoulos had an important football career, starting with his teenage years in the AOK, and later became recognizable for the presence in Orpheus and wore the jersey of Vrasida Nea Peramos.
