The prosecutor will be referred tomorrow Thursday (10.07.2025) four Chinese nationals who were arrested at 14:00 noon today to photograph her base Air Force to Tanagra.
They are a 47 -year -old couple and their 15 -year -old son and a 53 -year -old friend who They were photographing infrastructure of the Hellenic Aviation Industry (ODA) and Rafale Fighter Airplanes in the Air Force. It is noted that in Tanagra, in addition to the ODA facilities, the 114th Battle Wing is based with the powerful Rafale fighter aircraft.
The four Chinese were identified by Aeronomy to photograph the facilities and aircraft of the base, stopped them and called the police.
The Chinese were brought to the Tanagra Police Department, where it was found that they had actually photographed the military aircraft, which is why the appeals were turned into arrests and a case file was filed against them for espionage.
The Tanagra Police Department was also a step of the EYP in order to be informed.
Those arrested claim to be in Greece for tourism.
