The following were provided by a vaccine amendment to the Ministry of the Interior’s bill on the disciplinary law of civil servants:
“By way of derogation from each general or special provision, the responsibilities of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Payment and Audit of Community Aid and Guarantee Aid (OPECEPE) is temporarily exercised. The Director General of Finance and Technical Services of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), Along with the duties of his position … in the application of this, for the disciplinary, criminal and civil liability of the AADE’s Director General of Financial and Technical Services. The framework of article 33 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94) is still applied to the State.
Article 33 provides “the Governor, the Deputy Governors, the President, the members of the Board of Directors and the officials of AADE. are not examined, not prosecuted, and are not subject to criminal liability for reasoned opinion or suggestion or a proposal they made or a decision issued or omitted them in the exercise of their duties, Unless they did in a fraudulent or in order to admit to themselves or other illegal asset or to harm the State or other as defined in the applicable criminal provisions … “.
