On the day of the decision of the Court of Appeal on the Eye Tragedy – and the exemption and in the second degree of political persons who even had operational involvement that day – SYRIZA submitted a firework for the establishment of a pre -trial in Tempes and Tempes. ..
The party calls on all Members to support its proposal.
It is recalled that the application is signed by 26 MPs of SYRIZA, six independent from the Democracy Movement, and Areti Papaioannou, who comes from the navigation.
SYRIZA’s announcement states:
SYRIZA’s application for the establishment of a pre -trial committee for the Crime of Tempi was submitted to the Hellenic Parliament on Wednesday afternoon, with 33 signatures, 26 of SYRIZA – MPs and 7 Independent MPs.
The proposal of SYRIZA – MS is complete, legally documented and concerns the investigation of possible criminal liability for 6 persons, including Mr Mitsotakis for four offenses of which the two felonies.
SYRIZA – MS with a sense of responsibility has kept its commitment to Greek society in full to investigate all possible offenses for all those involved, however tall they are.
We call on all Members of the Greek Parliament to support our proposal.
