Two hikers who climbed Ribfisorn in the Swiss Alps sounded an alarm on Saturday afternoon as they found skiing sandals at the top of the mountain, with no skiers.
Eventually the five skiers were found dead by a helicopter, according to police, who had not given information on the circumstances of the incident or the identities of the victims.
