An alarm was sounded on Friday (14.11.2025) at Swedenwhere one bus crashed into a bus stop in Stockholm.
According to information, the bus accident occurred in the Östermalm region of Sweden, with several people having lost their lives and several others being injured, according to information from Aftonbladet.
“This is a serious incident,” said Sophie Gunnarsson, spokeswoman for SL. No information has yet been released on what caused the accident.
At least one person has been taken to hospital by ambulance, SOS Alarm said.
The area has been cordoned off, while police and fire forces are at the scene along with ambulances.
According to Aftonbladet, the bus driver has been arrested. The incident is being investigated as a negligent homicide.
