Developments in the Middle East, including the Trump plan to end the war in the Gaza Strip, were at the center of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s telephone communication with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as announced by Kremlin.
The two leaders also expressed interest in the search for a diplomatic solution to Iran’s nuclear program, as well as in stabilizing the situation in Syria.
