Success of Greece at the summit
Greece’s success at the summit as it is expected to be validated in the final conclusions of the conclusions of reference to turquoise that is invalid and without legal consequences for third states.
In particular, the draft conclusions of the European Council are listed:
“The European Council recalls that the Turkey-Libyan Memorandum for the Limits of Maritime Jurisdiction in the Mediterranean violates the sovereign rights of third parties, is incompatible with sea law and cannot produce legal consequences for third states.”
