Opened today, Tuesday, June 3, 2025, the new digital platform stegasi.gov.grwhich gathers – for the first time – all state programs housing.
The presentation for the housing platform was made earlier by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis by the Minister of Social Cohesion and Family Domna Michaelidou and then at a press conference in a hall of ESIEA, in the presence of the Secretary General of Demographic and the Secretary General.
The minister analyzed the functioning of the platform aimed at universal, equal and simplified access to all citizens in information, programs, taxation and support opportunities for the most fundamental good: housing.
The platform stegasi.gov.gr It is a central digital reference point for those who:
- They are looking for first residence,
- They want to renovate their real estate or upgrade them energy,
- Pay rent and are interested in subsidies,
- They belong to vulnerable social groups or plan to integrate into special housing (eg social rent, student housing, OAED programs, etc.).
“The new website stegasi.gov.gr is gathering all 43 housing measures of 6.5 billion euros provided by the state, with ease and complete transparency,” said Minister of Social Cohesion and Family, Domna Michaelidou.
Citizen in less than one minute, with simple steps:
- It complements its essentials (eg age, income, marital status, status and place of residence) in the smart search engine (Wizard) and then:
- He immediately sees which programs he can concern him,
- Updated with digital tools for the maximum amount saved by each program
- Is linked to implementing agencies to make his application.
As Domna Michaelidou noted during her speech, “the information does not stop there. To ensure transparency and continuous communication with the citizen, we establish monthly informative reports available to everyone through the platform. “
“Each monthly version includes up -to -date data on the implementation and absorption of all programs, a detailed presentation of a selected measure, as well as updates on regulatory interventions, such as tax reliefs and other important developments in the field of housing,” he said.
Concluding the press conference, the Minister of Social Cohesion and Family, after thanking the Minister of Digital Governance, Dimitris Papastergiou, to secure the necessary resources, he said: “We are already working on further upgrading the platform.
In the next stage, stegasi.gov.gr will be fully linked to Gov.gr and AADE services to automatically draw, with complete safety and reliability, the necessary information. Thus, each user will see immediately, with less steps and more accuracy, the programs that correspond to them.
