Full seems to be the… absenteeism at national Spainten days before the start of Eurobasket 2025with Sergio Skararolos “counting” five absences.
More specifically, Sergio Skariolo has seen Sandy Aldama, Dario Brithuela and Alberto Diath being out of training for several days, while Alberto Abalde and Mario Sent-Sepperi left with discomfort from his friendly Spain.
The Spanish Federation has not announced the exact magnitude of players’ damage, but the federal technician did not hide his concern, saying: “Our sadness comes from injuries, which do not seem easy. We already have many absences and new players.”
We recall that Spain is in the same group as National Greece, at Eurobasket 2025, which will take place in Limassol, Cyprus. Italy, Cyprus, Georgia and Bosnia are also in this group.
