Slovenia – Greece 60-82: National Youth won comfortably and will give “final” for 5th place at Eurobasket U20

Two 24 hours after defeat by France, the Youth National Men’s “broke out” at Slovenia. Greece prevailed 82-60 in Heraklion and will play with Israel for 5th place at the Eurobasket U20.

The National Youth will face Israel on Sunday afternoon (20.07.2025, 13:00), which earlier defeated Spain, with the aim of winning the 5th place of this year’s event.

The top for Greece was Alexander Samondurov with 23 points and 5 rebounds, with Neocles Avdala adding 15 points, 9 assists and 6 rebounds. A key, especially in the second quarter, where the individual score was 21-5 in favor of our country, was Ryan Soulis, who finished the match with 12 points and 7 rebounds.
