Four basketball players of her Partizan starred in a wild clash outside a club on Monday morning (5/5/2025) at Belgrade.
On Sunday (4/5/2025), Partizan defeated Mega for the Adriatic League, and then athletes Carlik Jones, Sterling Brown, Isaac Bonga and Frank Dikina went to a nightclub to relax.
However, in the evening they did not go loose in the night, as the four basketball players starred in a wild clash with shopkeepers.
It all started when Zeljko Obradovic’s players started talking to some girls who approached them on the table. At that time, a group of young men from the table next to the table began to find the girls and their athletes Partizan and offending them with racist comments.
Initially, the basketball players did not deal with them, but then a first fight broke out in the shop.
“The girls were provoking just because they were with basketball players. It seems to me that they found them with racist comments, that is, they called them with various names and asked them what they did with black men. So he followed a second clash outside the bar, with Carllik Jones hitting a man with a bottle on his head, and then the athlete from South Sudan threw on the man and the rest of the bottle left in his hand, as shown in the video below.

From the clash, three young men were injured, who were taken to the Emergency Center. Police were slow to reach the spot and did not find the basketball players, who, of course, are expected to give a deposit for the incident.
It remains to be seen what the athletes’ punishment will be and whether they will be able to play again with Zeljko Obradovic, who is fighting for the title in the Adriatic League.
Partizan’s announcement
“Partizan confirms that three players were at the center of an episode last night that happened not far from a well -known Belgrade nightclub.
According to the information we received from the players, they received racist insults from a group of boys, while girls from their society were found with the most derogatory characterization simply because there are dark colors in society.
When everyone thought the incident had ended verbally, the same group of boys waited for Partizan’s players in front of the club after their departure and attacked them physically. As a result of the attack, they retaliated to the attackers.
As citizens, after receiving a call from the competent authorities, Partizan’s players will go to a deposit.
All the internal issues of Partizan will be resolved in accordance with the rules of the Association. “
